This is my second time staying here as I like the place and location which was convenient to the place where I have some work to do. My previous booking was a Deluxe King Room on 08th July. This time round, I booked 1 Executive Suite as that was the last room left with Booking.com. The room comes with a work table and it is spacious and quiet. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom is fantastic.

Thank you for the good wifi, i had a good video conferencing 🙏🏽 The 2 restaurants downstairs are good, malay food and Chinese cafe. Also there's an in house cafe, so convenient till 9pm. The indian receptionist very well spoken and good manners....he gives good customer service. He doesn't trouble guests instead he gives immediate solutions. Awesome 👍

This hotel is easy to find. Shared parking lot with other facilities and hypermarket. The room was quite spacious. Smell so nice when I entered. The breakfast was good, a lot of varieties comprising local dishes.

The room is very clean and nicely decorated. Smells good. feels very comfortable. The hotel is close to many amenities; restaurants, Billion Shopping Center. The bathroom was very clean and water flow is very good. water heater also works well. Breakfast included; even though there were not many choices, but on that day, we had fried kuayteow, nasi lemak, chicken curry, noodle soup. All of them was very delicious.

The location is easy to access to teluk batik, setiawan, lumut. The staff is polite, very helpful. The food quite good n delicious. Room is spacious since we booked for family room. Space is more than enough to 4 adults n 2 kids. Overall is good staying there. 👍

The bed and pillow comfortable, tv channel is okay, got kids channel, the hotel ambience very welcoming and safe, lots of parking, easy to find, got lift, every room has window but some facing other room's window u need to check if need room with a view, next to a big supermarket and many restaurants. Only 10mins to teluk batik and lumut jetty. Good surrounding view and quiete at night so u can sleep peacefully. Overall a comfortable hotel, with safe surrounding and helpful staff. The hotel also provide breakfast of you are too tired to go out. Will definitely come again with family members and recommended for young and old people. Got OKU parking and wheelchair accessible.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff provided vegetarian breakfast upon being told of our requirements. The staff were friendly and ever ready to serve. The room was spacious with excellent shower and lighting in the bathroom for shaving, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
